Job summary

Chico Hot Springs invites licensed massage therapists to join its resort spa team. You will deliver scheduled massages and spa treatments, maintain a serene environment, and uphold professional standards while helping guests feel relaxed and cared for.

This role offers a commission-based pay structure starting at 35% plus tips, with potential increases after one year, plus employee perks such as health insurance and a 401k.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited massage school or passed the National Certification exam for massage therapy.
• Montana Massage license is required.
• Massage insurance is required.
• Must be able to commute to work.
• Must contribute to a high functioning team.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapies and spa treatments as booked.
• Set up and tear down and clean the massage room.
• Arrive to work on time and present a professional appearance.
• Communicate clearly with clients and teammates to promote morale and accuracy.

Your Role

• Consistently arrive at work on time each day
• Present a professional appearance
• Communicate clearly and politely with each client
• Communicate professionally and effectively with team members to avoid mistakes and promote morale.
• Perform massages & spa treatments booked
• Set-up and tear-down and cleaning of massage room

You Must Have

• Graduated from an accredited massage school or have passed the National Certification exam for massage therapy
• Montana Massage license
• Massage Insurance
• The ability to commute to work
• The ability to contribute to a high functioning team

We start at 35% commission plus tips. After 1 year of employment we offer opportunities to graduate to 40% and ultimately 45% commission based on reliability and performance. All employees of the spa receive 65% off all services, and 35% off retail products. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to sign up for 401k and health insurance.
