Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Manager to lead a team of cosmetologists and estheticians, driving guest delight and business results. You’ll coach staff, promote services, and leverage training and center technology to maximize performance across a multi-unit franchisee network.

Focus includes KPI monitoring, budget discipline, and uplifting customer experience while upholding brand standards and delivering elevated service for every guest.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Full-time position (40 hours / week)
• Experience with KPIs, metrics and goal setting preferred, but not required.
• Experience in marketing and ramping up a new location.
• Experience in coaching and leading a high-performance sales team. Retail, Spa or Beauty Industry preferred, but not required.
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage center productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved.
• Ability to achieve results through others.
• Ability to manage a budget within guidelines based on the center's trends and projections.
• Ability to problem solve and work through issues.Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction.

We offer a full training process that will allow even a beginner Wax Associate the ability to learn the services and technique and be ready to service paying guests within 6 days. We look for our Front Desk Associates to have passion, determination, and a commitment to excellence that will help take our center to new heights.
