Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa in Atlanta is seeking a dependable Spa Janitorial Associate to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment for guests after hours. The role involves routine cleaning of treatment rooms, relaxation areas, restrooms, and staff spaces, with attention to detail and independence.

Part-time evenings (7pm–10/11pm) with weekly pay and benefits on offer. Starting pay $15/hour, experience considered; reliable transport required and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping/janitorial.
• Able to work evenings.
• Comfortable using cleaning equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning throughout the spa, including treatment rooms, guest relaxation areas, and changing lounges.
• Maintains cleanliness in restrooms, hallways, the employee bathroom, break room, front desk retail area, and office areas.
• Cleans and maintains floors and other assigned guest and employee areas.
• Dusts and cleans retail shelves and other surfaces to maintain a neat, presentable environment.
• Assists with laundry and other cleaning-related duties as needed.
• Follows established cleaning procedures and assigned checklists to ensure responsibilities are completed.
• Pays close attention to detail and keeps assigned areas clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Works independently to complete assigned responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Communicates maintenance concerns or additional cleaning needs to management.

More specifically, our Spa Janitorial Associate:

• Performs routine cleaning throughout the spa, including treatment rooms, guest relaxation areas, and changing lounges.
• Maintains cleanliness in restrooms, hallways, the employee bathroom, break room, front desk retail area, and office areas.
• Cleans and maintains floors and other assigned guest and employee areas.

SCHEDULE

This is a part-time evening position with a typical start time of 7pm (when the spa closes). The expected end time is around 10-11pm, however the end time may vary depending on completion of assigned duties. Team members are expected to complete their assigned responsibilities before leaving for the day.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be comfortable using ladder for cleaning/dusting of high areas
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work evenings, independently
• Must have previous housekeeping/janitorial experience.

COMPENSATION

Starting pay: $15/hour depending on experience.
