Job summary

beem® Virginia Beach is seeking a reliable Hospitality Attendant to refresh private sauna suites between guests and maintain overall studio cleanliness. The role supports guest experience in a spa-like environment and may include training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include housekeeping of sauna rooms, restrooms, and laundry, plus stock, sanitation, and turnover tasks. This is a hands-on position ideal for detail-oriented, team-focused individuals with a positive work ethic.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented mindset required for maintaining clean facilities and towels.
• Team player able to work with studio staff to support guest experiences.
• Willing to learn and grow in a collaborative spa/wellness environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean facility and studio appearance during operating hours.
• Ensure reception area, sauna rooms, restroom, and laundry room are cleaned and sanitized at all times.
• Assist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms between guests.
• Take soiled towels, sanitize and reset sauna suites for next appointments.
• Clean bathrooms and showers; fold/roll towels and organize towel supply.
• Clean, maintain, and stock back room and supply closet.
• Remove trash and recycling daily.
• Keep running tally of towels not suitable for guest use.
• Additional tasks as assigned by Studio Manager.
