Qualifications

• Previous hair stylist experience preferred.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a spa.
• Ability to explain various treatments/services to guests.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs hair services meeting guidelines for the type of service and guest expectations.
• Maintains product knowledge and complete knowledge of all spa services.
• Recommends products for home use and performs treatments on services' menu.
• Creates and maintains client cards with treatment notes.
• Begins and ends all appointments on time and keeps work areas clean.
• Cleans and disinfects equipment daily and assists with events.
