Spavia Minnetonka is seeking a Guest Advisor to join our luxury day spa team in Minnetonka, MN. This role offers a path from Guest Advisor to Senior Guest Advisor and beyond, with opportunities to grow into leadership as you develop guest relationships and drive memberships and services.

The position can be filled as part-time or full-time, with some weekend availability and at least one evening shift per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Outgoing and comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving membership and sales goals.
• Weekend and evening availability required; Saturday shifts mandatory.
• Part-time and full-time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a warm, polished, and professional presence.
• Build authentic relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal members.
• Confidently recommend memberships, services, retail products, and enhancements based on guest needs.
• Meet and exceed membership and guest experience goals.
• Educate guests on treatments, products, wellness benefits, and the Spavia experience.
• Schedule appointments and manage phone inquiries with accuracy and enthusiasm.
• Check guests in and out while processing transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, inviting spa, reception area, and retail boutique.
• Follow up on guest questions and opportunities with urgency and care.
