Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located by The Domain in Austin, seeks a Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will handle scheduling, promote services, and maintain a welcoming spa environment.

You should possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to meet sales goals, and a flexible schedule that may include full-time or part-time shifts. Training is provided to learn the service menu and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be exceptionally organized with attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Know the menu of services and be able to explain options to members and guests.
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Work flexible hours to accommodate the schedule.
• Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively to clients.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
