Job summary

Splendido's Saluté Spa is seeking a passionate Esthetician to deliver facials, waxing and select body treatments to residents and guests in a luxury senior living environment. This part-time role features flexible weekday hours, competitive pay plus service commissions, and opportunities to grow earnings through guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will hold an Arizona Esthetics license, show strong hospitality and tech fluency, and have experience serving older adults.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold and maintain a current State of Arizona Esthetics license.
• Ability to use or learn a variety of tech-based services and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, resident portals, spa booking software).
• Training in our spa specific facial protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional facials, waxing, and select body treatments.
• Maintain spa standards and ensure resident and guest satisfaction.
• Promote spa services, treatments, and wellness retail programs.
• Ensure proper sanitation and sterilization per laws and spa policies.
