Running Y Ranch is seeking an Esthetician to administer facial, body, nail, hand, and foot treatments to guests with polished technique and strong sanitation standards. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction and knowledge of skincare products.

On‑the‑job mentoring will help develop body treatments and signature spa services. You must hold a current Oregon state license and demonstrate excellent communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current Oregon State license.
• Entry level acceptable with strong customer service skills and enthusiasm.
• Experience with esthetic equipment is a plus (steamers, vacuum, high frequency, woods lamp, galvanic, ultrasonics).

Responsibilities

• Be punctual for shifts and appointments, deliver services within allotted time.
• Provide professional facials, body, nail, hand, and foot treatments per spa protocols.
• Educate guests on skin care concerns and products.
• Support spa operations, maintain sanitation and equipment cleanliness.
• Promote spa services, sessions, and retail products to meet goals.
• Communicate guest needs and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Attend trainings and participate in staff meetings; assist in other spa areas as requested.
• Participate in marketing events when required.
