Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

• Must be mature, pleasant, courteous, cooperative and an enthusiastic team player.
• Must be flexible in working hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Knowledge of cosmetics and aromatherapy.
• Proficient in performing skin care treatments for hand, foot, neck, shoulders and décolleté.
• Proficient in advising client on personal skin care.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert skin care treatments and personalized skin care knowledge.
• Perform facials, hand treatments, and depilatory waxing.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients on areas of concentration to tailor experiences and recommend upgrades.
• Review guest medical history to provide the best care and ensure safety.
• Familiarize with spa treatment menu to guide guests and upsell services.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of room and equipment; manage inventory and supplies.
• Engage with guests to understand wellness goals and suggest home-care products.
