California Sun Wellness Spa is seeking an energetic, team-oriented leader to manage spa operations, drive sales, and mentor Consultants. You will oversee consultations, customer service, and daily administrative tasks while upholding company policies and a clean, organized spa environment.

The role offers base pay with commission and bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and growth potential in a supportive, growth-focused workplace.

Formación

• Leadership/management experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer-service and team-training abilities.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Hiring and training your team of Consultants
• Ongoing team training
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, spa and beauty products.
• Ensuring all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
• Maintaining a clean and organized spa
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Leadership/Management experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
