Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is seeking a Spa Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of our luxurious spa. You will manage reservations, coordinate services, and deliver exceptional guest service, contributing to the Four Seasons’ renowned reputation for excellence in hospitality.

The role requires strong organizational skills and guest-focused communication, with 2 years' experience in a similar position and a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous hotel and computer knowledge preferred.
• High grooming standards.

About the role

Basic Purpose: As a Spa Coordinator at Four SeasonsMinneapolis, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our luxurious spa facility. Serving as the primary point of contact for guests, you will manage spa reservations, coordinate spa services, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will contribute tomaintainingthe Four Seasons’ reputation for excellence in service and wellness.

What you will do

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring an exceptional experience from arrival to departure
• Manage reservations and efficiently schedule spa treatments, maximizing availability for guests
• Be knowledgeable about all spa services, treatments, and products, confidently advising guests on their choices
• Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring prompt and professional responses
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area
• Process payments and manage billing accurately
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless daily operations and an outstanding guest experience
