Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Spa Attendant to join our spa team. You will perform grooming and cleaning duties, greet guests politely, and ensure the spa areas are clean and stocked. You’ll collaborate with other departments to deliver quality service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position preferred.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each Day

• Complete all Spa duties and maintain the cleanliness of the locker rooms, common areas, and all areas related to the Spa throughout shift.


• Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.


• At the beginning of each shift, check all supplies to ensure adequate stock; replenish from the stock room as necessary.


• Check steam room for proper temperature and cleanliness. Adjust or clean as needed.


• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.


• May assist with other duties as assigned.

1-2 Years Of Experience In a Similar Position Preferred.

Good inter-personal and communication skills. Personality characteristics should include being personable, respectful, positive, ethical, trustworthy, professional, self-motivated, diplomatic, and confident.

This position requires a detail oriented, organized and flexible individual who can complete all general cleaning duties
