The role emphasizes engaging with customers, meeting daily sales goals, and supporting merchandising. Flexibility for 2pm–10pm shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for Health and Wellness industry.
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.

Location: DFW/Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as promotions and/or discounts available
• Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products accordingly
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment
• Make appointments and organize the waiting list
• Actively participate in visual merchandising including regular maintenance due to sell-through
• Achieve and exceed a daily sales and productivity goal
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required

Requirements

• Have a passion for the Health and Wellness Industry
• At least 1-2 years of retail sales experience
• Show enthusiasm in effectively engaging with customers
• Late shifts availability (2pm-10pm)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
