• Maintain a clean spa environment: Sanitize areas, locker rooms, treatment spaces, and equipment per health standards.
• Manage spa supplies: Monitor and restock towels, refreshments, and amenities as needed.
• Monitor facility usage: Observe spa activity and report concerns to keep a safe, relaxing environment.
• Process transactions: Accurately total and handle guest payments via POS, process cards, issue change, redeem gifts.
• Support spa operations: Assist the spa team to enhance the guest experience.
