Based at Riverside Medical Center in Riverside, CA, this full-time position offers variable shifts in the Neonatal ICU, with pay between $62 and $80 per hour.

Qualifications

• ADN required
• 1 year NICU Level III experience or KP NICU course within last 12 months
• Current RN License in California
• NRP card required
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
• Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
• Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and optimal pain control.
• Document nursing processes and interventions accurately.
• Discuss patient findings and progress with the healthcare team.
• Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

Education:

• Associate's Degree (ADN) required

Experience:

• 1-year recent experience in Level III NICU or completion of KP NICU course within the last 12 months

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current RN License in California
• Current NRP card required
• Basic Life Support certification required
