The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 15 years of experience, with MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Management, Business or Engineering required.
• 15 years of experience required.
• Understanding manufacturing technologies.
• Understanding safety programs and requirements.
• Understanding environmental programs and requirements.
• Understanding standard software applications.
• Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop associates to meet facility needs.
• Lead safety programs to ensure safe conditions and compliance with requirements.
• Lead environmental programs to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Manage production operations for maximum equipment and personnel utilization.
• Manage product quality to meet customer specifications.
• Oversee routine and preventative maintenance for efficiency.
• Manage all capital expenditures for maintenance and engineering.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
