Lead a critical operation that drives production performance and profitability across our soybean crushing facility. As the Plant Manager of Soy Crushing, you will oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable processing while meeting quality and production goals. You will guide teams, optimize processes, and partner across functions to deliver strong operational and financial results. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who excels at building high performing teams, improving plant performance, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this position is $101,000 - $190,000 per year, based on experience (variable depending on experience). In addition to the base salary, Perdue offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match after 1 year, critical illness, accident insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, optional group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability protection, flexible spending accounts and paid time off.
