  • 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance policy and internal control standards.
  • Must reside within 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects to implement SOX-compliant internal control improvements.
  • Drive process standardization and automation of key SOX controls.
  • Conduct advisory projects including business process improvements and significant transactions.
  • Support Americas Finance teams on financial controls.
  • Partner with IT to align on SOX approach and controls reliance.
  • Collaborate with internal audit and senior management on control environment.
  • Manage FIN projects and ensure milestones are met.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to identify root causes and corrective actions.
