Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Internal Audit Analyst at our McLean, VA corporate office. You will support the SOX compliance program, ICFR testing, and collaboration with external auditors. The role entails working with our Internal Audit team to drive improvements in controls and processes while traveling up to 10%.

Minimum qualifications include 1 year in internal or external audit and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The position offers a competitive salary and eligible annual incentive plan.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience in internal audit, external audit, accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Complete audit testing procedures to evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to enhance audit quality, efficiency, and team member experience through analytics, automation, and process improvement.
• Support other Internal Audit activities such as property audits and audits.
