Job summary

Medline is seeking a Supply Chain Solutions professional to lead SOX and ICFR coordination, readiness, execution, and remediation support. You will partner with process owners, IT, Internal Controls, and auditors to drive design, testing, and issue resolution while maintaining accountability for timelines and evidence readiness.

The role focuses on delivering timely remediation, effective governance, and clear leadership reporting across the SOX lifecycle within the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or related field).
• At least 4 years of experience in internal controls, SOX compliance, audit support, or related activities in a US publicly traded company.
• Experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Manage SOX workstreams, project plans, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Partner with process owners to understand control design and remediation needs; coordinate with Internal Controls.
• Support ongoing self-governance by ensuring control readiness, evidence quality, and remediation accountability.
• Serve as central coordination point for SOX readiness, walkthroughs, testing, remediation, and issue resolution.
• Track and report audit findings, deficiencies, remediation plans, evidence readiness, and action items.
