Job summary

TekWissen Group seeks an Accounting & Compliance Analyst to support Procure-to-Pay (PTP) compliance, reporting, audits, internal controls and month-end close in Nashville, TN. This onsite, 6-month temporary role requires SOX experience and ERP proficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 2–4 years of experience, and strong Excel skills, with familiarity in Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS or SAP, plus excellent analytical and communication abilities to coordinate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Compliance, Internal Controls, or Audit.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits.
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, SAP, or similar.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including reconciliations and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute compliance and reporting packages.
• Support SOX testing, control reviews, and audit requests.
• Perform month-end close activities and account reconciliations.
• Track control deficiencies and remediation efforts.
• Maintain risk and control documentation.
• Support financial reporting and compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, Compliance, and Audit teams.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement efforts.
