Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking an Internal Audit Analyst II in Vancouver, WA (Hybrid) to join the Internal Audit team. You will support the SOX program, test controls across business processes and IT, and assist with risk assessment and scoping.

You will collaborate with control owners and external auditors, while contributing to AI-assisted testing and internal tool development. The role requires 1+ years in SOX/internal or external audit, with Big 4/public company experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in SOX compliance, internal audit, or external audit.
• Big 4 or public company internal audit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SOX 302/404 and COSO 2013; familiarity with IIA Standards.
• Document evidence sufficient for external audit review.
• Able to manage schedules and chase deliverables across teams.

Responsibilities

• Keep the SOX program moving: manage evidence requests, track open items, maintain risk/control matrix, report status.
• Test controls across processes, entities, and ITGCs; document in workpapers.
• Support annual risk assessment: scoping, in-scope system determination, fraud risk assessment.
• Write deficiencies and drive remediation; retest.
• Prepare and coordinate information for external audits.
• Design and test AI-assisted workflows and automation enhancements.
