Job summary

Seaboard Foods is seeking an experienced farm manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring production targets are met and a competent workforce is developed through hands-on training.

You will train, schedule, and evaluate employees, conduct SOP audits, and ensure facility readiness. Strong English communication and a deep understanding of gestation to farrowing processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of swine production experience.
• At least one year in management on a swine farm.
• Experience managing four or more animal caretakers for sow farms.
• Experience in all processes from gestation to farrowing; training in vaccination and AI in swine.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day farm tasks to meet production targets.
• Train staff using hands-on methods and provide feedback.
• Create and manage staff schedules and maintain personnel records.
• Audit farm procedures and maintain facilities in good condition.
• Submit production analysis reports in a timely manner.
