Holden Farms seeks a Sow Farm Manager in Dexter, MN to lead sow farm operations. You will oversee farrowing programs, assist with birthing and care of piglets, and help improve biosecurity practices.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday 6:30am–4:00pm with additional weekend and holiday coverage as needed. Competitive compensation includes bonuses and a strong benefits package.

Description: Sow Farm Manager and provides leadership to sow farm employees to reach farm and company goals. Implement and oversee farrowing and management programs to allow our sows to produce the maximum number of farrows with the highest quality genetic traits; assist with the farrowing (birthing) of pregnant sows and care of weans (baby pigs); assist with diagnosis and treatment of animals to ensure and improve biosecurity; assist with updating records, analysis performance, and making improvements to protocols and procedures; and perform related professional duties.

Hours: Generally - Monday-Friday 6:30am-4:00pm; times may vary based on business needs

Every Other Weekend and Holiday Schedule Required

Compensation: Salary, is competitive based on experience, quarterly bonuses, plus we offer an excellent benefits package
