Job summary

Mesilla Valley Transportation is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for our Southwest Regional fleet. Earn weekly pay between $1,400 and $1,800 with 48 hours home time, reliable freight, and the support of a company that puts drivers first.

This position features 5-7 day run cycles, ~2,650 miles per week, no touch freight, and a path to monthly productivity and safety bonuses. You’ll receive weekly direct deposit, a referral bonus, full benefits, and Penske maintenance support to keep you moving.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL.
• Must live within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ; Albuquerque, NM; San Antonio, TX; or Laredo, TX.
• Minimum 6 months of recent CDL-A driving experience.
• Clean MVR/PSP.
• Satisfactory work history.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicle in Southwest Regional lanes.
• Maintain safe driving practices and adhere to regulations.
• Complete required paperwork and logs accurately.
