Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Charlotte is seeking a Project Manager for their Transmission & Distribution global practice. This role involves managing transmission and substation design projects, ranging from 12-kV to 500-kV. The Project Manager will direct all aspects of project work, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and assist in growing the substation portfolio. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 7 years of related experience. Competence in project management software and excellent communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

• 7 years applicable experience in project management.
• Prior experience on construction project sites is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage design projects, ranging from 12-kV to 500-kV.
• Coordinate all aspects of work at collector and switching stations.
• Report regularly on project progress and metrics.
