Qualifications

• Minimum five years of management experience in environmental or related services.
• Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and performance management.
• Proven leadership of teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable execution of projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets and analyze operational performance.
• Maintain accountability for financial performance of units.
• Align contracts, PO, budgets, and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for the region.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Lead job walkthroughs and collaborate with other divisions to deliver quality solutions.
• Prepare proposals, project plans, and service recommendations for clients.
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Provide leadership in employee performance, compensation and relations.
• Foster safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure clear communication with staff, customers, contractors and leadership.
• Promote compliance with safety requirements and regulations.
• Oversee capital equipment, facilities, and site resources.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
