Responsibilities
  • Develop customized work plans, timetables, and materials for parish campaigns.
  • Lead training and management of volunteer and staff teams.
  • Track and analyze fundraising progress, coaching key leaders on best practices.
  • Provide insight into industry‑wide philanthropic trends.
  • Work on‑site at Catholic parishes Monday‑Friday with occasional nights and weekends.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; ability to work with all staff levels, volunteers, donors, and prospects.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Great storytelling and public speaking skills.
  • Strong business acumen and quantitative analytical skills.
  • Computer proficiency; valid driver’s license and vehicle.
  • Spanish language proficiency a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate within the Southeast Region and work on‑site, including nights and occasional weekends.
Salary Range

$60,000 – $90,000 (salary varies based on experience and education).
