Job summary

LS3P, a leading architecture and design firm, is seeking an Interior Designer II to join our Jacksonville office. The role emphasizes transforming client concepts into detailed design development with strong collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.

You will contribute to production documents, coordinate across disciplines, mentor junior staff, and help deliver design excellence that respects local culture and codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design (CIDA-accredited).
• 4+ years of design experience in an architecture firm.
• NCIDQ certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design leaders, PMs, architects and other interior designers on active projects.
• Create visual presentations and client communications.
• Develop design assignments across all project phases.
• Coordinate drawings across disciplines.
• Mentor and manage junior team members.
• Support client relations to ensure satisfaction and project quality.
