Job summary

A leading automotive solutions provider seeks motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees for a 12-month training program. This role involves field-based and classroom training, with the potential for extensive travel. Successful candidates will relocate to an assigned territory to become Sales Professionals, selling products to automotive dealerships. A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-month sales training program with both field and classroom training.
• Travel 80-100% during the training period.
• Build customer relationships and sell to both new and existing customers.
