Job summary

Rango Inc. seeks an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our South Texas operations in Monahans, TX. The role requires dependable, safety-focused individuals with experience operating heavy equipment in mining or construction settings.

You will work Monday–Friday with overtime opportunities, perform daily equipment inspections, and support a team dedicated to safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Previous heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
• Mining, earthmoving, or construction experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and identify maintenance concerns.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (front-end loaders, excavators, graders, scrapers, dozers, blades, haul trucks) on mining sites.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain safety and compliance on outdoor worksites.
• Coordinate with team and adhere to schedule.
