Job summary

Nozzle Nolen is seeking a Support Technician for the South Region (Boca/Delry Area). The role supports multiple branches, assists Service Managers and technicians, and ensures callbacks and customer needs are handled promptly.

Responsibilities include ride-alongs for coaching, maintaining service quality, and supporting daily operations across locations. Training and safety procedures are emphasized, with a focus on pest control knowledge and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL may be required for some roles.
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable driving history.
• Clean driving record; pass background check and drug screening.
• Pest control or lawn care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for pests and entry points.
• Apply chemical and non-chemical treatments per regulations and procedures.
• Set traps, place baits, and relocate trapped animals as required.
• Educate customers on sanitation, storage, and preventative practices.
• Document service details accurately in PestPac, including findings and treatments.
• Attend monthly training and required company training sessions.

This technician is there to step in and support the entire team—assisting Service Managers, technicians, and branch operations as needed. They play a critical role in ensuring callbacks and customer needs are handled promptly, while helping maintain smooth daily operations across all locations.When not handling callbacks, the Support Technician will conduct ride-along with team members to provide coaching, support, and ensure service quality and consistency. This role is designed to strengthen daily operations by offering hands-on support where it is needed most.This position requires knowledge across general pest control, termites, and related services, and plays an important role in maintaining service standards and supporting both technicians and customers across all assigned locations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInspect residential and commercial properties for pests, pest harborage, and entry points, including rodents, termites, ants, spiders, mosquitoes, bed bugs, wasps, snakes, and other pests.Apply chemical and non-chemical treatments in accordance with regulations and company procedures.Set traps, place baits, and remove deceased rodents or relocate trapped animals as required.Educate customers on sanitation, storage, and preventative practices to support effective pest control.Recommend additional services when appropriate based on inspection findings.Document service details accurately in PestPac, including findings, treatments performed, and customer communications.Work collaboratively with supervisors, sales, and quality control teams to resolve service issues and improve outcomes.Perform route service, callbacks, and new account starts as assigned.Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns and complaints.Maintain flexibility to accommodate schedule changes, including occasional evenings or weekends.Ensure all safety, application, and re-entry procedures are followed.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle, including proper inventory of tools and materials.Attend monthly training meetings and required company training sessions.Use OSHA-mandated personal protective and respiratory equipment.Assist coworkers as needed to support branch operations.This list is not exhaustive.
