Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Director of Stakeholder Engagement for the South Region. You will lead strategy, execution, and management of stakeholder and community engagement across Texas, Plains and Southeast states to secure social license to operate across wind, solar, BESS, and flex-gen projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, political science or related field.
• 7+ years in community engagement, campaigns, or energy project advocacy.
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide social risk assessment and mitigation for projects in the South Region.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and nurture community relationships.
• Lead and coach two Stakeholder Engagement Managers; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
