Job summary

The PTA will implement interventions per the plan of care, provide skilled services to restore mobility, document progress in Net Health, and communicate with supervising PT and the care team while upholding safety and ethics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current and active South Dakota PTA license.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers.
• Ability to work a 13-week contract with a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapeutic interventions as outlined in the plan of care.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services and direct patient care to restore mobility and function.
• Document patient progress, treatments, and response using Net Health.
• Communicate with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and goals.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and professional ethics standards.
