Job summary

NetJets is seeking an experienced Pilot to provide premier air transportation with an exceptional service experience for Owners and passengers. The role emphasizes safety and professional demeanor, acting as the face of NetJets on every flight.

The Pilot will wear multiple hats, delivering both aviator duties and concierge-style service with a strong emphasis on safety, regulations, and customer satisfaction during each trip.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and FAA ATP certification expected.
• First Class Medical Certificate and valid FAA credentials required.
• Extensive flight experience, including ATP-related requirements and medical clearance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate aircraft per FAA guidelines and SOPs; brief passengers and provide weather updates.
• Deliver in-flight service including catering and manage baggage as needed.
• Load, stow baggage, and manage flights for Owners with pets or smoking passengers.
• Act as final authority on aircraft operations and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Owners, passengers, and NetJets from arrival to final destination.
