You will take ownership of your caseload, guiding it from filing through discovery, hearings, mediations, and trial, with a focus on client service and courtroom excellence.

Qualifications

• Active membership in the South Carolina bar in good standing.
• 1+ years of litigation/trial experience preferred; training available.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong negotiation and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury from filing to settlement or verdict.
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and memoranda.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Lead mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings including jury selection and openings.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff for thorough case prep.
