Job summary

BGE, Inc in Austin, Texas is seeking a dedicated Civil/Site Development intern to join our team. You will be exposed to a range of public and private infrastructure projects while gaining hands-on experience in a mentoring environment.

As an intern, you will participate in events and training designed for career development, while undertaking intern-specific activities alongside normal work tasks. This role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and professional growth within a nationwide civil

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or related.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong collaborator who works well on a team.
• Willingness and ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team while learning and being mentored by BGE employees.
• Attend specific events and training geared toward career development; interns will participate in intern-specific activities.
