Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain Resort is hiring a Seasonal Sous Chef to join our culinary team this winter. You will work alongside Chefs and Kitchen Managers to deliver quality dining experiences and uphold standards at Snowshoe's mountain resort.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar kitchen leadership position, strong leadership, and cost-containment skills. Expect early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts with a comprehensive benefits package for on-site staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a similar role preferred.
• Experience in kitchen supervision and staff development would be advantageous.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Able to work under pressure and manage costs.
