Salary: $65,000-$70,000
Additional Compensation: $5,000 Sign-on Bonus + Relocation Assistance

Job Summary

As a Sous Chef II, you will assist in all phases of food preparation, planning, ordering, inventory, and ensure adherence to health regulations and company standards. You will also motivate, train, develop, and lead back-of-house staff to meet operational goals and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in food preparation and cooking
• Assist with menu planning and creation
• Implement new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams
• Manage cost controls and expenditures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of culinary experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role
• Experience in various food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, healthcare, or corporate dining
• Knowledge of food industry trends, sanitation, safety, and food cost control
• Ability to manage production sheets and supervise staff
• ServSafe or health department certification preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts preferred
