Job summary

MML Hospitality is seeking a hands-on kitchen leader to collaborate with the Executive Chef in shaping the restaurant's culinary vision and executing daily operations at Clark’s Oyster Bar in Austin, TX. You will maintain top-tier food quality, mentor staff, and ensure strict safety standards while driving profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of progressive management in boutique or upscale dining, fluent English, and a degree in Hospitality/Business/Culinary fields. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong communication with team and management.
  • Proven leadership in a kitchen environment.
  • Hands-on operational leadership on the line during service.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish a plus.
  • Minimum two years of progressive management experience in boutique or upscale dining.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

We currently manage and own the 75 room Hotel Saint Vincent in New Orleans, and we have two hotel projects in development in Aspen and in Austin that we will also own and manage. What You’ll Do
