Riviera Dining Group in Miami is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Executive Sous Chef and lead kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will manage daily prep, inventory, and quality controls while mentoring staff to uphold RDG standards.

The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Executive Sous Chef in the overall kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while assisting in leading the staff and managing all food-related functions.
