Naples Grande Beach Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Sous Chef – Banquets to support banquet culinary operations and ensure top-tier service for meetings, weddings, and events.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of supervisory culinary experience, banquet or catering background, and the ability to excel in high-volume environments while maintaining quality and safety standards.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

The Sous Chef – Banquets assists the Executive Banquet Chef in the planning, preparation, and execution of all banquet culinary operations. This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional food quality and presentation for meetings, conferences, weddings, social events, and resort functions while maintaining efficiency, consistency, and financial performance.
