Eurest in Redwood City, CA is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to lead a fast-paced kitchen focused on quality, innovation, and consistency in corporate dining settings. You will manage culinary staff, assist in menu execution, and ensure food safety and high presentation standards.

The ideal candidate has sous chef or strong leadership experience, solid food knowledge, and excellent communication. Flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and occasional weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous sous chef or strong culinary leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and team leadership.
• Food handlers/ ServSafe certification.
• Certification preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends when events require.

Salary: $70,000-$75,000/annually
