Job description

The Sous Chef we want doesn't just use Opera PMS; they question it, improve it, and teach it, all from our Post Falls, ID hub. Come own your work at ScaleTech: $66,000 - $87,000, a supportive team, and 5 years of Opera PMS put to good use.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep ScaleTech's remote commitments visible and on track
• Maintain clear documentation of work performed and outcomes delivered
• Pair Toast POS fluency with the patience to explain it plainly
• Build the Housekeeping Inspection habits a mid-level role can lean on for years
• Communicate progress, blockers, and results to stakeholders and leadership

What You'll Bring

• Strong multitasking ability without sacrificing quality
• The kind of ownership that treats the company's money like your own
• Confident communicator across email, calls, and in-person meetings
• Practical Property Management Systems skills sharpened in a remote setting
• The judgment to distinguish a fire drill from an actual fire

Everything ScaleTech ships starts as a feedback-hungry argument in a Post Falls conference room about how Housekeeping Inspection should really work. We keep ego out of code review and let the Property Management Systems argument win on its merits.

Our $66,000 - $87,000 package travels with real mentorship, a growth ladder you can see, and the flexibility to clock in from Post Falls or home.
