Discovery Senior Living in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Sous Chef to enrich residents' dining experiences across levels of care. This full-time role requires an Associate’s degree in culinary arts and at least three years as a Chef/Kitchen Manager, plus a recognized food safety course.

As Sous Chef oversees and assists all food production, food presentation, and all back-of-the-house activity. Expected to meet or exceed community food service standards at all times, adhering to budgetary requirements, and help manage kitchen operations in a cost effective manner.
