Job summary

Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Sous Chef in Dallas, TX to supervise food preparation and maintain high standards of taste, quality and presentation. You will oversee culinary staff and steward teams, ensuring compliance with health regulations and a clean, organized kitchen.

You will assist the Executive Chef with menu planning, training, and inventory management, while coordinating with banquet and restaurant teams for events and daily service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a culinary or hotel/restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, portion control and presentation.
  • Ability to supervise and train kitchen staff ensuring safety and sanitation.
