Ideal candidates bring multiple years of kitchen experience, strong leadership, and solid organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office helps manage orders, checklists, and sanitation audits in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of culinary experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills desirable.
• Experience with Microsoft software programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all culinary staff to ensure standards and quality are followed by each staff member.
• Assist in purchasing all food, paper, cleaning, bakery, and safety items within budgeted levels.
• Assist with Executive Chef in menu development, organization and production sheets and execution of new recipe standards.
• Assist Executive Chef in regular inspections of the unit for sanitation, cleanliness, temperatures and checklists.
• Verify that recipe standards and consistency are maintained to ensure a quality product.
