Job summary

American Dining Creations is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Chef and Executive Chef in daily culinary operations at our Binghamton location. You will work with the culinary team to ensure recipes are followed and safety standards are maintained, contributing to a high-quality dining experience for clients and guests.

You will supervise BOH staff, assist with catering events, manage recipes and production records, and help drive efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• An associate degree in culinary arts or hospitality preferred.
• Three years of experience in a similar culinary leadership role.
• Experience with planning and managing employee schedules and staff development.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, catering, ordering and inventory systems.
• Knowledge of local and state food safety regulations.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for daily work.

Summary:
