Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle is offering a 12-week Sourcing Recruiter internship. You will build candidate pipelines, manage searches against timelines, and work with business leaders, HR partners, and recruiters to meet goals.

Required to be enrolled in a bachelor’s program with a 2027–2028 graduation window, willing to relocate nationwide, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication. Visa sponsorship cannot be offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Work 40 hours/week for a 12-week internship (May–Sept)
• Relocate nationwide if eligible
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Leadership or other professional experience preferred
• Majors in HR, Organizational Development, business administration, or related fields preferred

• Set benchmarks and track metrics to hit hiring goals

• Deliver exceptional candidate service and maintain SLAs

Key job responsibilities

Candidates must be able to successfully manage, prioritize, and fulfill job searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics. They must understand how to prioritize and achieve SLAs. The best candidates will draw on knowledge of talent acquisition and tech roles and areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, strong organizational skills, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.

Basic Qualifications

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Work 40 hours/week throughout the course of a 12-week summer internship between May through September
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation conferral date between December 2027 and June 2028
• Able to relocate nationwide - relocation assistance provided if eligible
